Peak Electronics DCA75 (Atlas DCA Pro)

 - DCA75 is as far as we know, the only "complete" semicondutor tester on the market. With DCA75, you can make detailed tests, including curce tracing, on transistors, diodes, LED

Description:

DCA75 is as far as we know, the only "complete" semicondutor tester on the market. It's not enough that DCA75 by it self identify which pins are connected to which leads of the tester, but it also show a graphic picture of how the component is layout.
DCA75 can also be connected to a PC via USB and the included software -will both give a circuit diagram as well as a curve-tracer with several parameters.

With DCA75, you can make detailed tests, including curce tracing, on the following semiconductors:
* Transistors - Germanium and Silicon. Bipolar NPN/PNP, Darlington NPN/PNP, Digitala NPN/PNP, etc. Measures Hfe, Vbe and leakage
* Diodes - Germanium and Silicon, Double diodes, LED, Zener Diodes, Diacs, etc. Measures for example forward and revers voltage on zeners up to 9V
* J-FET - N- and P-channel. Measures "pinch-off", "on-threshold" and "Transconductance"
* MOSFET - N- och P-kanal, incl. enhancement mode and depleted. With or without protection diode/resistor. Measures "on-threshold" (at 5mA) and approx. "transconductance" (between 3mA-5mA).
* Triacs - That require less than 10mA of gate current and holding current.
* Tyristorer - That require less than 10mA of gate current and holding current
* IGBT - (Isoletad Gate Bipolar Transistor). Measures "on-threshold" (at 5mA)
* Linear Voltage Regulators - Positive and negative. Measures regulation voltage <8V, drop-out voltage, quiescent current). Note that some regulators are not stable without their decoupling caps and/or minimum load and cannot be tested by the DCA75. This may be changed in a future FW version.

When Curve tracing, the following data is available:
* Bipolar transistor output characteristics, IC vs VCE.
* Bipolar transistor gain characteristics, hFE vs VCE.
* Bipolar transistor gain characteristics, hFE vs IC.
* MOSFET and IGBT output function, ID vs VDS.
* MOSFET and IGBT transfer function, ID vs VGS.
* JFET output function, ID vs VDS.
* JFET transfer function, ID vs VGS.
* Voltage regulator, VOUT vs VIN.
* Voltage regulator, IQ vs VIN.
* PN junction I/V curves, forward and reverse options (for Zener diodes.

Peak Electronics LCR45 (Atlas LCR)

LCR45 is a uniquely fast and easy to use tester for more or less all passive components; resistors, capacitors, inductors, chokes, transformers, LDR, potentiometers, PTC, NTC, etc, etc. The two gold plated crocodile clips is connected to the legs of the component and LCR45 will both tell what component it is as well as its specifications.

Peak Electronics ESR60 (Atlas ESR)

ESR60 is the predecessor to ESR70 with slightly lower performance and lower price. ESR60 is a fast and easy to use tester for all types of capacitors between 1µF up to 22mF (22.000µF). ESR60 show both the capacitance and the ESR (Equivalent Serial Resistance) down to 0Ω with a resolution of 0.01Ω. This means in practice that ESR60 can also be used yo test tracks resistance on for example a PCB. The two gold plated crocodile clips is connected to the legs of the component and ESR60 will both tell the capacitance as well as ESR of the component.

Peak Electronics SCR100 (Atlas SCR)

SCR100 is a incredible practical tester for Triacs and Thyristors. As far as we know, SCR100 is the only one of its kind on the market. SCR100 tests all types of Triacs and Thyristors with Gate currents from 100µA up to 90mA and load currents (hold and lock) of 100mA. SCR100 will also automatically identify and show which test leads is connected to which leg of the device. SCR100 can generate test voltages of up to 12V (and up to 100mA) from one Alkaline AAA battery.

Peak Electronics DCA55 (Atlas DCA)

DCA55 is the predecessor of DCA75. It can handle the most common semiconductors, including transistors, diodes, LED's Triacs, Diacs, Thyristors, J-FET, MOSFET incl. depletion test and components with protection diodes, both N- and P-channel, etc.

Peak Electronics LCR40 (Atlas LCR)

LCR40 is LCR45 predecessor and little brother. It's just as easy to use but have slightly less accuracy and don't support continuous measurements. LCR40 can also test nearly all passive components; resistors, capacitors, inductors, chokes, transformers, LDR, potentiometers, PTC, NTC, etc, etc. The two 2mm hook probes is connected to the legs of the component and LCR40 will both tell what component it is as well as its basic specifications.

Peak Electronics PCA23 - SOT23 Adapter

PCA23 is a SOT23 adapter for DCA55, DCA75, ZEN50 or SCR100.
