From day 2:
In a series of new complete recorder with built-in camera, we here present our covert wall adapter, ACQ-CROSSREC-480.
The recording is done in 640 x 480 resolution and with 30 frames per second, progressive.
The images are stored on a internal flash memory with 4 GB capacity from well known Samsung, which is enough for over several hours of recordings.
This complete micro-DVR is started easily and discretely by pressing the hidden start button on the back of the cross. The same button is also used to stop the recording.
While in photographic mode, the same button is used to take photographs.
The playback is done by connecting the ACQ-CROSSREC-480 to a PC and the recorded files can be saved on a local computer to be played back on a PC
The internal clock can be easily adjusted by creating a file on the memory card called "time.txt" and can either show date/time or be turned off.
When ACQ-CROSSREC-480 is connected to a computer with Windows operating systems (Windows XP/Vista/7 in both 32 or 64 bit versions) it will show up as a "No Name" memory device where the recorded material is saved.
The recorded material can also be played back via USB and the files can also be read by MAC and Linux machines since it has been recorded in AVI-format with M-JPEG compression.
Included accessories:
USB-cable and a 70 cm long fitting chain.
Since its not always covert to walk around with a large cross, we offer the possibility for a fee, change the recorder into a similar product. Contact us with suggestions and we will quote a price.
