With the feedback from our previous model, ACQ-DIVELIGHT120-HID35, we have made a new model, ACQ-DIVELIGHT150-HID35.
As the name applies, we are using 35 watt HID-lamp which give several advantages.
Not only a high light exchange with 2950 lumen but if we also include the other optical components like reflector and lens, we get as much as 58,753 LUX! at 1 meter making it fully visible in daylight. Direct sunlight is approx 50,000 lus.
The color temperature is 6200K which is counted as daylight, making it equally useful as a film light.
Through the engineering improvements, the light can now withstand depth down to 150 meter!
We have built it with 6mm thick aircraft aluminum plus a 8 mm thick high strength glass as a front lens. The on/off switch is a touch design so there are no openings around the switch where water can penetrate. The charge connectors sits directly on the battery, making it completely sealed.
We have also included 5 different modes in the light control electronics; 35W light, 28W light, 20W light, SOS with 35W and Flash with 35W.

However due to the HID-bulbs design, it demands nearly five times more current during ignition compered to continuous operation. Therefore the total run time is severely reduced every time the lamp is turned on.
